This beautiful filly is a fine example of Fancier Farm Arabian Sport Horse breeding. Her sire is Malabar Wildfire, a big athletic Arabian with a wonderful mind and suppleness, and her dam is a powerful Hanoverian mare with Diamont breeding. The breeding goal was to provide a little more size to the Arabian and add a little sensitivity and suppleness to the warmblood.
The result is spectacular. A beautiful head, a nicely proportioned body, big bone, and nice movement that will do either jumping or dressage, and a very rideable horse. April is willing and ready: in these video captures she is shown on her very first day of riding with contact. As you can see, she drives from the quarters naturally and goes nicely into a frame, and stays long and low for most of the work. She is forward and light; yet she has size and power. Although she is green, she is extremely eager to learn. She is just brought in from pasture in this photos and is overweight and not in condition.
She has been under saddle 4 mos and learns very quickly. Very even temperment, willing to please. April is half sister to the beautiful gelding Equinox also presented for sale.
April is shown free jumping and under saddle in this video.
