Hands On Course and Theory on handling foals, weanlings and yearlings. Appropriate for western and english horses. Open to people with young horses or older horses needing desensitizing training. If you don't have a young horse but are thinking about breeding or purchasing a foal, come and audit. This is a very enjoyable, fun day.
BENEFITS: 1. Learn these methods and apply them in years one and two and your horse will go under saddle at 3 without trauma. 2. Improve your horsemanship. Working with babies offers keen insights into equine psychology, increases your confidence and knowledge. 3. Increased safety for you and your horse. Our course is designed for both humans and horses to improve their communication and ability to work together safely. Stress reduction is one of our tools.
